Commercial Programs
PBX System
This system provides an Auto-Attendant, which automatically configures on initial startup. In addition, the PBX manages and directs incoming calls to individuals or groups by extension dialing or name search. In addition, individual Voicemail boxes are also automatically configured and operational at start up. PBX telephony features include: call forward, hold and hold alerts, call log, call transfer, 3-way conferencing, corporate and personal directory.
Meteorological (MET) Measuring System
MET systems collect meteorological data from both on-scene sensors and via reachback to DoD Numerical Weather Centers. On-scene sensors include upper air balloon soundings, local surface conditions, and satellites. An on-scene Mesoscale MET Model assimilates the collected surface and upper air measurements and produces a data cube of environmental conditions throughout the battlefield. Using this MET “nowcast” model, MET Messages, MET Warnings, and tactical decision aids can then be accurately produced from the Mesoscale MET Model.
Aircraft Display System
Designed and coded video driver application for LCD touch-screen displays. The Panoramic Cockpit Display (PCD) subsystem resides in the cockpit of an aircraft provides information on major subsystems such as sensors, communication systems and navigation systems to name a few. This display system is control and operated by a touch screen.
Cellular Satellite
This satellite-based mobile communications system provides mobile phone communications, as well as an interface with public switched telephone networks. This satellite system provides wireless voice, Internet access, paging services, facsimile and data transmission. The system also has dual mode phones (GSM / satellite) that allow users to roam on GSM networks worldwide. The system uses a Garuda geo-stationary satellite with two 12-m antennas to provide 140 satellite spot beams that cover south-east Asia. Users can then move between spot beams while making a call.
